First Road Trip of Summer 2015

To celebrate summer, we went to Amanda’s house to swim and play with her kids. We try to get together as much as we can, but it’s usually a few months in between play dates. I think our littlest boys are actually starting to remember each other. Things are going to start getting wild with these four!

Spencer had tons of fun playing on the steps of the pool with Ace. He did let me walk him around the shallow end once. Alex went to the second step and decided the pool was too deep and too cold. So, he spent most of his time throwing in toys for me to fetch and squirting me with his water gun.

I Miss Our Boat

This is the time of year when I miss Charleston and Wilmington the most. I miss the rivers and the ocean and boating and swimming and tanning … That’s why I had to take this picture at Discovery Place Kids the other day. I can look at it and almost imagine the boys on our boat!

Spencer’s Last Gym Class

Spencer’s semester at The Little Gym wrapped up with a small “show” day. Guests were invited to come in to the gym (usually they sit outside a viewing window) and participate in the class. We had tons of fun with Daddy, Alex, Papa, and Grandma. I thought each child was going to receive a certificate … but they actually each were awarded a trophy. Spencer was so proud and in awe!
